Data Processing Agreement

The full DPA is available on request at privacy@botbusters.dev. It covers:
- Nature: bot detection, interaction timing only.
- Duration: term of the contract.
- Data subjects: visitors of customer websites.
- Categories of data: technical signals, no user content.
- Subprocessors: listed in the Privacy Policy.
- Security: encryption in transit and at rest, per-tenant logical isolation, audit trail.
- Non-EU subprocessors: only Stripe for billing, under SCCs.
A signable PDF template is emailed on request within 48h. Business and Enterprise plans get a negotiable DPA.
