Terms of Service

1. Service

Bot Busters is a bot-detection API operated by DIKENGA9 SAS. It returns a verdict (allow, challenge, deny) for a protected action.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to identify individuals, profile users, run adversarial testing against third parties, or violate any applicable law.

3. Fair use

Your plan quota is displayed in your dashboard. Overage is billed via prepaid credits (see Pricing). We reserve the right to throttle abusive traffic.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as-is". SLA levels (uptime target and support response) match the plan you subscribed to. Business and Enterprise plans get contractual SLAs on request.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid over the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for fraudulent transactions passed as "allow" — the verdict is probabilistic and you remain responsible for your risk stack.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Prepaid credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused subscription time is not refunded.

7. Law

Governed by French law. Disputes at the competent courts of Paris, France.
